The album was mixed and produced by Steve Carey of ‘The Eden House’, ‘NFD’ and ‘This Burning Effigy’ and features guest recordings from violinist Bob Loveday of Bob Geldof‘s band, ‘The Eden House’, and numerous other collaborations. ‘Running from the Dawn’ was mastered by the twice Grammy nominated sound engineer Andy Jackson, producer of Pink Floyd’s Division Bell album. Photography for the album and website was undertaken by Taya Uddin, who has worked with numerous high profile musicians. The band has received very positive reviews based upon demo material, including in Dominion Magazine (UK), and Static Magazin (Austria/Germany). Red Sun Revival will look to book gigs both at home and abroad in 2012 and eagerly anticipate interest from labels, promoters, DJs and audiences.

The line-up consists of vocalist/guitarist Rob Leydon, bassist Panos Theodoropoulos, drummer Simon Rippin, and violinist Christina Emery. New wave of Gothic Rock at it's finest. This band has top level talent from well renowned acts involved so wasn't the least bit surprised upon hearing the opening track. If you miss late 80's to mid 90's gothic rock bands, I can't recommend this one enough. m4rkos1334
